What doesn’t work? Time to investigate.

What you were doing in the RV when it stopped working? Give us all the details about your specific issue. Depending on what is not working (or if nothing works) we can go directly to the portion of the power distribution system and pinpoint the exact part that’s defective. Electrical troubleshooting is our favorite call and a service known to many happy customers who have called us before. We are confident that our first hour of diagnosis at your rig will be plenty to find your problem and get you the correct part needed.

We find the issue, now what?

We sell you the electrical parts at cost. We don’t sell computer boars, chips or electrical products for profit. If we can find it on Amazon, usually that can be the cheapest option and fastest. Other times, we have to go through a local dealer or a manufacturer like dinosaur electronics. We have you order the part. When it arrives, we schedule for install and verification that all is working.

What if my electrical issue is complex?

Depending on the circumstances of your problem, we will talk with you about the length of time needed to find the issue. We communicate first to make sure we are on the same page in terms of budget and cost for finding the solution to your electrical problem.
